The SCP1803™ is a DiiVA™ Daisy Chain Transmitter IC designed for digital sources compliant with
the DiiVA specification. Through a single DiiVA port, sources simultaneously:

  • Send uncompressed audio and high-definition video (including 3D)
  • Transmit data including Ethernet, USB, commands and content protection
  • Receive power to enable DiiVA PHY even when rest of source device is in standby mode

DiiVA Daisy Chain transmitters have the capability of cascading multiple DiiVA sources to a single DiiVA
receiver port. The SCP1803 features one DiiVA output port, one DiiVA input port, four USB ports (3 upstream
and 1 downstream), two Ethernet MII/RMII interfaces, one HDMI input and Audio output with S/PDIF and I2S.

    up to 2.25Gbps for video
  • Supports up to 2.25Gbps & 3D modes at
    HDMI Receiver interface
  • Supports Power over DiiVA (PoD)
  • Supports S/PDIF and I2S Audio output
    without Master Clock
  • Supports GPIO for general purpose usage
  • Supports DiiVA Control Layer for communication
    with Source SOC
  • Supports up to 2 Ethernet ports
  • Supports 3 USB upstream (device) port and
    1 USB downstream (host) ports
  • Embedded I2C interface
  • 5V Tolerant I/O for HPD, DDC, USB5V and
    GPO detection pins
  • Available in 144-pin LQFP package
    (20.0mm x 20.0mm)
